The treatment room · 1428 London Road
Step 01
Choose & book
Pick from 37 panels, or let the Find My Test quiz narrow things down, then choose a time that suits you. No GP referral, no waiting list.
Booking takes about two minutes.
Step 02
Arrive at the clinic
We’re at 1428 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, on the Oliver J premises. Appointments are one at a time, so the treatment room is yours.
A few minutes early is plenty.
Step 03
A calm, gentle draw
Demi, our fully trained and experienced phlebotomist, takes your venous sample with care. Most draws take under five minutes. Nervous patients are very welcome and never rushed.
One small sample covers your whole panel.
Step 04
Accredited lab analysis
Your sample travels to a leading accredited UK laboratory the same day wherever possible, where every biomarker on your panel is measured against clinical reference ranges.
The same laboratories trusted by UK clinicians.
Step 05
Doctor review
A doctor reads your results as a whole picture, then writes a clear comment on what looks good and what deserves attention.
Every report is human-reviewed.
Step 06
Results, explained
Your report arrives securely by email: every marker, its range, and the doctor’s guidance in plain English, ready to keep or share with your GP.
Read it in your own time.
Your report, within 5–7 working days.
All 37 panels come back the same way, from a single marker to our 63-biomarker head-to-toe panel.
Every marker, against its range
Each result on your panel next to the clinical reference range it’s measured against, so you can see where you sit.
A doctor’s written comment
Your results read as a whole picture: what looks good, what deserves attention, and when it’s worth seeing your GP.
Yours to keep and share
Delivered securely by email, in plain English, ready to file away or take to your GP.
Before you visit.
Most doctor-reviewed reports are returned within 5–7 working days of your sample reaching the laboratory. Some specialist panels can take a little longer; we’ll tell you at your appointment if yours is one of them.
Yes. Each visit has one £25 blood draw fee, however many tests you book for that appointment. It is shown as its own line when you book. If you pay by bank transfer, the £25 is the deposit that secures your time (it is non-refundable), and the price of your tests is paid by bank transfer when you arrive.
Your sample is drawn by Demi, our fully trained phlebotomist. Draws take a few minutes in a calm, private treatment room. No queues, no rush.
Only for some panels. Tests that include cholesterol or other lipids are best taken after an 8–12 hour fast (water is fine), and cortisol is most informative around 9am. Each test page lists its preparation, and we confirm everything when you book.
Your results arrive as a clear, doctor-reviewed report delivered securely by email. Every marker is shown against its reference range with a doctor’s comment explaining what the picture means.
