The things people ask first.

Straight answers on referrals, fasting, turnaround and what happens after your draw.

  • No referral needed. Choose your test, book a time that suits you and come in. Your report is written so you can share it with your GP if anything deserves a follow-up.

  • Most doctor-reviewed reports are returned within 5–7 working days of your sample reaching the laboratory. Some specialist panels can take a little longer; we’ll tell you at your appointment if yours is one of them.

  • Yes. Each visit has one £25 blood draw fee, however many tests you book for that appointment. It is shown as its own line when you book. If you pay by bank transfer, the £25 is the deposit that secures your time (it is non-refundable), and the price of your tests is paid by bank transfer when you arrive.

  • Your sample is drawn by Demi, our fully trained phlebotomist. Draws take a few minutes in a calm, private treatment room. No queues, no rush.
