Our most complete look at health and performance
Advanced Health & Performance
Most panels answer one question well. This one was put together for us to answer two at once: how your body is working overall, and how well it is set up to perform and recover. It measures 63 biomarkers in a single visit, spanning your full blood count and blood film, kidney and liver function, cholesterol, blood sugar, inflammation, iron, thyroid, vitamins and a broad hormone profile, alongside the muscle enzymes that reflect training load. It is the most complete panel we offer, and it is only available at Oliver J Bloods.
Seeing these markers side by side is what makes the panel useful. Energy, recovery and drive rarely come down to one number: iron stores, thyroid function, cortisol and testosterone can all play a part, and reading them together gives your results real context. Your sample is a straightforward venous draw taken in our private Leigh-on-Sea clinic and analysed by an accredited UK laboratory, with every marker reviewed by a doctor and explained in a clear, personalised report within 5–7 working days.
Because it includes glucose and cholesterol, which read most accurately fasted, and hormones that follow a daily rhythm, this panel takes a little planning: an early, fasted appointment gives the clearest picture. For anyone training seriously, or simply wanting the fullest baseline to track over the years, it is a considered investment in understanding how you work.

Preparation: Please fast for 8 to 12 hours before your appointment, with water fine to drink, as glucose and cholesterol are most accurate fasted. Book a morning appointment, ideally before around 10am, as testosterone and cortisol are highest early in the day, and avoid heavy training for 24 hours beforehand. Note any supplements or medication for your report.

About this test
Both are broad, whole-body panels. This one adds a deeper performance layer, including free testosterone, DHEA sulphate, progesterone, cortisol, cystatin C, LDH, thyroid antibodies and a blood film, so recovery, stress and hormone balance are read alongside the essentials. Premium Complete includes trace metals and bone minerals that this panel does not.
Yes. Please fast for 8 to 12 hours beforehand, with water allowed, and come in early in the day so hormone readings are at their clearest. If you have a regular menstrual cycle, days 2–5 give the most interpretable hormone results, and we are happy to help you time your visit.
PSA is a prostate marker, so it is generally only meaningful for men. Your doctor reviews every result in the context of your age and sex, and explains what is relevant to you in your report.
